Good to know before you book

The guesthouse studio (queen bed + pull-out couch, full bath, kitchenette) has its own private deck but no Wi-Fi. Guests have the run of the main home, guesthouse, and dock — the brown shed and the owners' boat on the lift are off-limits. Ample truck-and-trailer parking with a roundabout driveway. Exterior security cameras, a no-pet policy, keypad self check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 11 AM.
